The scraper seal ring is applied to the hydraulic pneumatic piston rod, mainly to remove the dust attached to the outer surface of the piston cylinder body, and prevent sand, water, and pollutants from entering the sealed cylinder body.

 

 

Most of the scraper seal ring used in practice are made of rubber materials, and their working characteristics are dry friction, which requires rubber materials to have particularly good wear resistance and low compression permanent deformation performance. In recent years, new types of dust seals that combine other materials with rubber materials have also been gradually promoted, such as PTFE and O-ring combinations, which have good sealing effects. Long service life and increasingly widespread application.

 

 

There are more and more types of dust rings, which can be divided into various types based on their functions, characteristics, structural types, and sealing mechanisms.

 

 

1. Classified by structural form: J type, JA type, DHS type, A1 type, LBI type, LBH type, DKB type and DKBI type etc.

 

 

2. Classified by function: single acting wiper seal ring; Double acting wiper seal ring.

 

 

3. Classified by if  there is a skeleton or not: wiper seal ring without skeleton; type wiper seal ring with skeleton.

 

 

4. Classified by combination: single type dustproof seal ring; Combination dustproof seal ring.
