Nylon is a synthetic polymer, also known as Polyamide (PA)

Nylon is the world's first completely artificial fiber, composed of amide bonds, which have high wear resistance, flexibility, strength, and heat resistance.

 

Nylon material physical property

 

The insulation is not affected by the environment and frequency, the volume resistance can reach 1018 ohm · cm, the dielectric loss is small, and the breakdown voltage is high.

 

The impact of high and low temperature resistance on temperature is small, and the temperature range is wide, and the applicable temperature is - 190~260 ℃.

 

Self-lubricating property has the smallest friction coefficient among plastics, and is an ideal oil-free lubricating material.

 

Solid materials with known surface non-stickiness cannot adhere to the surface, and are solid materials with minimum surface energy.

 

Resistance to atmospheric aging, radiation resistance and low permeability. The surface and properties remain unchanged after long-term exposure to the atmosphere.

 

It is non-toxic and has physiological inertia, and has no adverse reaction after long-term implantation as artificial blood vessel and organ.

 

In addition to molten alkali metal, chlorine trifluoride, chlorine pentafluoride and liquid fluoride, the chemical corrosion resistance is resistant to all other chemicals, and does not change when boiled in aqua regia. It is widely used in various occasions requiring resistance to acid, alkali and organic solvents.

 

Excellent electrical performance is an ideal Class C insulation material. A thick layer of newspaper can block 1500V high voltage: smoother than ice.
