Encapsulated O-ring
Encapsulated O-ring with rubber O-ring as the inner core and FEP / PFA tube as the outer layer. FEP / PFA encapsulated o rings has the characteristics of heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance, climate aging resistance and chemical medium corrosion resistance. It can be used in various dynamic and static sealing occasions and can replace some traditional sealing rubber O-rings and expensive perfluoroether O-rings.

CONSTRUCTION OF ENCAPSULATED O RINGS
FEP / PFA tube as the outer layer with silicone or FKM inner core as below, and size could be standardard size (AS568,JIS2401,ISO3601/1)or customized size are available .
FEP ENCAPSULATED FKM O-RINGS

l It can be used in a wide range of oils or solvents, such as fat, aromatic or halogenated hydrocarbon and vegetable oil

PFA encapsulated o rings
Compared with FEP material, PFA material is more suitable for use in the environment of strong acid, strong alkali, high temperature and harsh working conditions. The sealing effect, service life and performance in terms of high temperature and corrosion resistance are much higher than those of ordinary FEP material
Material and Working temperature
Teflon FEP (perfluoroethylene propylene): - 60 ℃ to 205 ℃, which can be used for a short time at 260 ℃
Teflon PFA (soluble polytetrafluoroethylene): - 60 ° C to 260 ° C, which can be used for a short time at 300 ° C
FKM- E-60C grade
Silicon- ZZR 765B grade
