Compared with "metal pulleys" and "MC nylon pulleys", MC nylon pulleys can reduce the weight of the lifting arm and the head of the lifting arm by more than half, improve production efficiency, enhance the lifting function and overall mechanical performance, facilitate maintenance, disassembly, and oilless lubrication. Many foreign crane manufacturers, such as Liebherr in Germany and Kato in Japan, have used MC nylon pulleys since the 1970s. At present, the 12-125 seven level automotive cranes in China have been fully applied. Taking the LT40 automotive crane as an example, the use of MC nylon pulleys alone can save hundreds of thousands of yuan in maintenance costs for steel wire ropes and pulleys.
